LANDS COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE MARYLAND TRADE CENTER PROPERTY
(PARCEL B, GREENBELT EAST SUBDIVISION, 7.5000 ACRES), CAMERON
BROWN INVESTMENT GROUP PROPERTY (33.7521 ACRES), CHARLES M. BAKER
ET UX PROPERTY (0.8885 ACRES) AND HENRY M. WITT PROPERTY (11.1574
ACRES), ALL LOCATED TO THE SOUTH OF THE CORPORATE BOUNDARIES OF
THE CITY OF GREENBELT IN THE VICINITY OF THE GREENWAY SHOPPING
CENTER AND HANOVER PARKWAY, TOGETHER WITH ADJACENT PUBLIC
ROADWAYS, AND FURTHER PROVIDING FOR THE SPECIAL TREATMENT OF THE
UNDEVELOPED TAXABLE REAL PROPERTY IN THE AREA ANNEXED FROM THE
EFFECTIVE DATE OF ANNEXATION FOR A PERIOD OF THREE YEARS OR, IF

GREENSBORO (Caroline County) RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL
OF GREENSBORO A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF GREENSBORO ADOPTED
PURSUANT TO THE AUTHORITY OF ARTICLE XI-E OF THE CONSTITUTION OF
THE STATE OF MARYLAND AND ARTICLE 23A OF THE ANNOTATED CODE OF
MARYLAND; TO REPEAL AND RE-ENACT THE CHARTER OF THE TOWN OF
GREENSBORO AS SET FORTH IN ARTICLE 6 OF THE CODE OF PUBLIC LOCAL
LAWS OF MARYLAND (1965 EDITION AS AMENDED). [Sections 165 through 204 of the Code of Public Laws of
Caroline County, repealed and Sections 101 through 1209 of the
Charter of the Town of Greensboro added. Effective Date January 26, 1982]
HAGERSTOWN (Washington County) WHEREAS, a proposal to enlarge the corporate boundaries of
the City of Hagerstown, Maryland by adding or annexing thereto
the property described as Parcel 1 above, which is immediately
adjacent to and adjoining the present corporate boundaries of the
City, is contained in a Petition signed by the owner thereof, as
permitted in Article 23A, Section 19(k) of the Annotated Code of
Maryland, and said Petition is incorporated herein by reference
as if set forth herein and made a part hereof; and WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Hagerstown desires to
further change and enlarge the corporate boundaries of the City
