COUNTY (1978 EDITION) TITLED "DELMAR" SUBTITLE "POLLUTION OF
WATER SUPPLY" PROVIDING THE MAXIMUM PENALTY FOR ANYONE POLLUTING
OR INTENDED TO POLLUTE THE WATER IN THE TOWN OF DELMAR WATER
SYSTEM.
[Article IX, Section DC9-11 of the Charter of the Town of
Delmar, Wicomico County, repealed and reenacted, with amendments.

DC12-1A AND DC12-1B OF ARTICLE XII OF THE CODE OF PUBLIC LOCAL
LAWS OF WICOMICO COUNTY (1978 EDITION) TITLED "DELMAR" SUBTITLE
"OATH OF OFFICE" RELATING TO THE PRESCRIBED OATH THAT THE MAYOR,
COMMISSIONERS AND OTHER OFFICERS OF THE TOWN MUST TAKE BEFORE
ENTERING THE OFFICE AND PROVIDING THE PROPER OFFICER FOR
ADMINISTERING SAME.
[Article XII, Sections DC12-1A and DC12-1B of the Charter of
the Town of Delmar, Wicomico County, repealed and reenacted, with
amendments.

RESOLUTION NO. 35-1982
Resolution of the Mayor and Commissioners of Delmar, a
municipal corporation of the State of Maryland, to add a new
Section DC 3-1A to Article III entitled "Corporate Limits" to the
Code of Public Local Laws of Wicomico County (1978 Edition) the
purpose of said new section being to annex to the Town of Delmar
a certain area of land situated contiguous to and binding upon
the present corporate limits of the Town of Delmar, with the
conditions under which said annexation is proposed.
[Section DC 3-1A of the Charter of the Town of Delmar,
Wicomico County, added.
Effective Date October 28, 1982]
