RESOLUTION TO REVISE THE MUNICIPAL CORPORATION
CHARTER FOR THE TOWN OF CHESTERTOWN
This Resolution of the Mayor and Council of Chestertown,
Maryland is adopted pursuant to the authority of Article 23A,
Section 13, of the Annotated Code of Maryland, 1957 Edition, as
amended, for the purpose of revising and amending the Municipal
Corporation Charter of Chestertown, Maryland to permit the
extension of Chestertown's water and sewer mains beyond the town
limits.
[Section 73 of the Charter of the Town of Chestertown, Kent
County, repealed and reenacted, with amendments.
Effective Date June 8, 1972]

1982 CHESTERTOWN ANNEXATION RESOLUTION NO. 1
RESOLUTION of the Mayor and council of Chestertown,
Maryland, adopted pursuant to the authority of Article 11-E of
the Constitution of the State of Maryland, entitled "Municipal
Corporations", to amend the Charter of Chestertown, by adding new
Section 2 (a) to the said Charter, this amendment to be entitled
"1982 Chestertown Annexation No. 1", the same to extend the
boundaries of Chestertown.
[Section 2(a) of the Charter of the Town of Chestertown,
Kent County, added.
Effective Date April 15, 1982]

Resolution No. 9-1799 and Resolution No. 9-1705 by the
Montgomery County Council providing for the creation of Chevy
Chase Section 3 as a municipal corporation and the adoption of a
Charter for Chevy Chase Section 3.
[Sections 101 through 805 of the Charter of Chevy Chase
Section 3, being also part of the Code of Public Laws of
Montgomery County, added.
