(8) In addition to the information required by this
section, the Harford County Fiscal Authority may require the
County Board to provide details to the service areas and
activities levels in the account structure within the "Financial
Reporting Manual for Maryland Public Schools".

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1983.

Dear Mr. Speaker:
In accordance with Article II, Section 17 of the Maryland
Constitution, I have today vetoed House Bill 1458.
This bill allows Montgomery County to become a participating
county in the Northeast Maryland Waste Disposal Authority.
Senate Bill 755, which was passed by the General Assembly
and signed by me on May 31, 1983, accomplishes the same purpose.
Therefore it is not necessary for me to sign House Bill 1458.

AN ACT concerning
Montgomery County -
Northeast Maryland Waste Disposal Authority - Participation
MC 256-83
FOR the purpose of authorizing Montgomery County, Maryland to
become a participating county in the Northeast Maryland
Waste Disposal Authority by adoption and filing of a
resolution of participation; and providing Montgomery
County, Maryland with certain rights, privileges, and powers
as a participating county in the Northeast Maryland Waste
Disposal Authority.
