magazines, radio, television, or telephone directories, or be in
effect for more than twenty-four (24) months unless renewed by
the Commission for periods not in excess of twenty-four (24)
months. Such areas shall be referred to as "Real Estate
Conservation Areas."
(b) Any person aggrieved by [the suspension] ANY ACTION
OF THE REAL ESTATE COMMISSION UNDER SUBSECTION (A) OF THIS
SECTION may seek a review thereof by the circuit court of any
county.
(C) THE REAL ESTATE COMMISSION IN CONSIDERING AN ACTION TO
REMOVE OR MODIFY A REAL ESTATE CONSERVATION AREA DESIGNATION
SHALL ASSIST THE AFFECTED COMMUNITY BY PROVIDING INFORMATION
WHICH INCLUDES:
(1) THE RACIAL AND ECONOMIC COMPOSITION OF THE
COMMUNITY;
(2) THE NUMBER OF REAL ESTATE TRANSACTIONS IN THE
COMMUNITY; AND
(3) THE FAIR MARKET VALUES OF PROPERTIES AFFECTED BY
THE REAL ESTATE TRANSACTIONS IN THE COMMUNITY.
(c) (D) Any person, firm, partnership, corporation, or
association who or which violates the terms of suspension order
issued by the Commission is guilty of a misdemeanor and upon
conviction thereof is subject to a fine of not more than one
thousand dollars ($1,000) or imprisonment for not more than one
year, or both.
(d) (E) The several sections and provisions of those
sections are declared to be independent of each other, and it is
the legislative intent that if any of these sections or
provisions of these sections is declared to be unconstitutional,
the section or provision of those sections shall not affect any
other portions of this section.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1983.
