Dear Mr. Speaker:
In accordance with Article II, Section 17 of the Maryland
Constitution, I have today vetoed House Bill 121.
This bill continues the existence of the State Board of
Electrologists in accordance with the Regulatory Program
Evaluation Act of 1978 beyond July 1, 1984 to July 1, 1994.
Senate Bill 80, which was passed by the General Assembly and
signed by me on May 10, 1983, accomplishes the same purpose.
Therefore, it is not necessary for me to sign House Bill 121.
