PROGRAM ACCOUNT IN THE TRANSPORTATION TRUST FUND AND ANY OTHER
FUNDS AVAILABLE FOR USE FOR THE PROGRAM.

THIS SUBTITLE MAY BE CITED AS THE MOTORCYCLE SAFETY PROGRAM
ACT.
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That, subject to
Article 40, Section 51 of the Code, the Department shall prepare
and submit to the General Assembly, on or before February 1 of
each year, a full report of the operation of the Motorcycle
Safety Program for the preceding fiscal year. The General
Assembly shall evaluate the cost effectiveness of the Motorcycle
Safety Program in Maryland and the validity of continuing
financial support of this program by the State. Unless action to
the contrary is taken by July 1, 1986, the provisions of this Act
are hereby repealed effective July 1, 1987.
SECTION 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1983.

AN ACT concerning
Maryland Food Center Authority
FOR the purpose of authorizing the Authority to construct a
seafood industrial park; expanding the general powers,
bonding authority, and power to fix rates and charges of the
Authority; clarifying language; and relating generally to
the Maryland Food Center Authority.
BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,
Article 41 - Governor - Executive and Administrative
Departments
Section 411(5), 412(b) and (e), 413(b) and (c), 414, 416
through 422, 424, and 426 to be under the amended
subtitle "Maryland Food Center Authority"
