pre-release/work-release unit for women at a
site undetermined. The Department of Public
Safety and Correctional Services shall submit
a report to the Budget Committees not later
than November 1, 1983, as to the suitability,
location, design and program for the
pre-release/work-release unit and no part of
this appropriation for the pre-release
work-release unit shall be expended until the
Budget Committees review the Department's
