(3) Design and construct a 40-bed Youth Center at
Doncaster State Forest (Charles County),
provided that no construction shall begin
until certification is given by the
Department of Health and Mental Hygiene to
the Budget Committees that the site has
sufficient sewer treatment capacity Design
and construct a 40-bed Youth Center at a site
in Charles County. The site selection shall
be determined by the Governor and limited to
State-owned tracts in Charles County that
contain 1,000 acres or more. Consideration
shall be given to the availability of water
and sewage and the suitability of the site as
to soil conditions and access. Design and
construct a 40-bed Youth Center at Doncaster
State Forest (Charles County), provided that
no construction shall begin until
no certification is given by the Department of
Health and Mental Hygiene to the Budget
Committees that the site has sufficient sewer
treatment capacity. The facility shall not
exceed the following sizes:
Kitchen/Dormitory 12,750 gross square feet
Multi-purpose/Office 7,000 gross square feet
Maintenance/Storage 1,500 gross square feet
