There is an Advisory Board on Liability to study the
implications of the liability of individuals engaged in
activities of State and local governmental and quasi-governmental
volunteer units.] [512. (a)  The Board includes: (1) A designee of the Maryland Commission on
Intergovernmental Cooperation; Two members of the House of Delegates, appointed

represent special taxing districts, one of whom shall represent a
civic association acting as the governing body of a special
taxing district. (b)  The Governor shall designate one of the members of the
Board to be the chairman of the Board.] [513. Members of the Board may not receive compensation for their
services but may be reimbursed for proper and necessary expenses
incurred in accordance with the standard travel regulations.] [514. The Board shall: (1) Review lawsuits involving State and local
officials and civic organizations acting as governing bodies of
special taxing districts or their members;
