AN ACT concerning
Advisory Board on Liability - Repeal
FOR the purpose of repealing the provisions of law relating to
the Advisory Board on Liability.
BY repealing
Article 41 - Governor - Executive and Administrative
Departments
Section 511 through 516 and the subtitle "51 Advisory Board
on Liability"

Preamble
WHEREAS, Chapter 884 of 1980 created the Advisory Board on
Liability and specified that the Board's existence terminated at
a date later amended to be the adjournment sine die of the 1982
Session. No further changes in the law were made in the 1982
Session to extend the Board's existence and its legal existence
terminated at the end of April 12, 1982.
The Board was composed of several members, one of whom was a
designee of the Maryland Commission on Intergovernmental
Cooperation. The Commission's existence is proposed for
elimination by House Bill 129 of 1983. Whether or not that bill
is enacted, the existence of the Advisory Board on Liability has
terminated; now, therefore,

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That the Laws of Maryland read as follows:
