SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That the Laws of Maryland read as follows:
Chapter 437 of the Acts of 1982
|

|
|
|
|
|
|
SECTION 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That the Commission
shall make a study of: (a) the assessable basis of the area to be
annexed, (b) the local obligations outstanding of the area; (c)
the increase in cost of providing city services in the area, (d)
the possible effect on the City tax rate and, (e) any other
financial problems which may be presented to the Commission. The
Commission shall make its recommendations to the Mayor and
Aldermen not later than December 1, [1983] 1984.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That the existence of
the Annapolis Boundary Commission is extended until the
submission of its recommendations to the Mayor and Aldermen of
the City of Annapolis as provided in Section 1 of this Act.

|
|
|
|
|
|
|
SECTION 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1983.
