(A) ANY FROZEN DESSERT MANUFACTURER LICENSED BY THE STATE
OF MARYLAND AND DESIRING TO SELL A PRODUCT FOR WHICH A FROZEN
DESSERT STANDARD HAS NOT BEEN SET SHALL FILE WITH THE SECRETARY A
WRITTEN REQUEST FOR AUTHORIZATION.
(B) ANY AUTHORIZATION GRANTED UNDER THIS SECTION SHALL NOT
EXCEED A PERIOD OF 1 YEAR.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1983.

(House Bill 972)
AN ACT concerning
Day-Care Facilities Loan Financing Fund
FOR the purpose of providing for a Day-Care Facilities Loan
Financing Fund; providing for the administration of the fund
by the Department of Human Resources; providing that the
fund be used for funding for certain day-care facilities
projects; providing that the fund operate as a nonlapsing
revolving fund; providing for the responsibilities of the
Department; providing for the terms of the loans; providing
that the Governor shall fund the Day-Care Facilities Loan
Financing Fund through general obligation bonds; defining a
certain term; and generally relating to the establishment
of a Day-Care Facilities Loan Financing Fund.
BY adding to
Article - Financial Institutions
Section 13-401 through 13-414, inclusive, to be under the
new subtitle "Subtitle 4. Day-Care Facilities Loan
Financing Fund"
