(3) Before a general license to practice dental
hygiene or a teacher's license to practice dental hygiene
expires, the licensee periodically may renew it for an additional
term, if the licensee:
(i) Within 3 years before the expiration date
of the license has practiced dental hygiene actively in this
State;
(ii) Otherwise is entitled to be licensed;
(iii) Pays to the Board a renewal fee
equivalent to an annual fee of $10; and
(iv) Submits to the Board a renewal application
on the form that the Board provides.
Article - Natural Resources
3-701.
(e) "Hazardous waste" means any waste substance or material
designated as a hazardous substance pursuant to [§ 8-1413.2 of
this article] § 7-208 OF THE HEALTH - ENVIRONMENTAL ARTICLE.
(f) "Low-level nuclear waste" means any substance or
material designated as low-level nuclear waste under [§ 7-201(j)]
§ 7-208 of the Health - Environmental Article.
6-104.
A person may not drill any well for the production or
underground storage of gas or oil in the State without obtaining
a permit from the Department under the terms and conditions and
on the forms the Department prescribes. The permit serves as the
permit required under the provisions of [Title 8 of this article]
TITLE 9, SUBTITLE 13 OF THE HEALTH - ENVIRONMENTAL ARTICLE,
dealing with well drillers. A person may not dispose of any
product of a gas or oil well without a permit issued by the
Department.
[8-1413.4.
(a) Except as provided in subsection (b) of this section,
the Department may not issue a permit under this subtitle for the
disposal of low-level nuclear waste.
(b) If a person meets the requirements of §§ 8-1413.2 and
8-1413.3 of this article, the Department may issue a permit under
this subtitle for the disposal of low-level nuclear waste if:
(1) The permit is in conformance with the provisions
of an interstate compact, of which this State is a member, which
governs the disposal of low-level nuclear waste; or
