(13) Sherbert;
(14) Water and fruit ice; or
(15) Any product for which a standard has been set
under § 4-804 of this subtitle and that is:
(i) Similar in appearance, odor, or taste to
any of the other products listed in this subsection;
(ii) Prepared or frozen in the same way as any
of those products; or
(iii) [Frozen together with a] THE mix that is
used in any of those products.
4-802.
(b) For purposes of the construction and enforcement of
this subtitle, an act or omission of any officer, agent,
employee, or [of] any other person employed by any corporation,
company, or association, shall be considered to be the act or
omission of the corporation, company, society, or association,
as well as of the person.
4-1101.
(b) "Barbiturate" means:
(1) A salt, or derivative of barbituric acid, also
known as malonylurea, that has a sleep inducing action; OR
(2) A compound of any preparation or mixture of
these.
4-1106.
(a) Except for a carrier or a practitioner, any person in
any class listed in [subsection] § 4-1105(b) of this subtitle
shall keep complete records of:
(1) All stocks of barbiturates on hand; and
(2) All receipts or deliveries of barbiturates by
that person or that person's agents or employees.
5-109.
(a) Any person aggrieved by any order issued by the
Department under this subtitle may[:
(1) Appeal that order to the Board of Review; and
