(3) Assistance from a licensed and regulated adoption
agency is available if she chooses not to keep the baby.
(c) In cooperation with the Department of Health and Mental
Hygiene, the Department of Human Resources shall prepare
annually, periodically update, and publish a list of federal,
State, and private sources of the types and extent of assistance
referred to in subsection (b) of this section, and shall
distribute this published information to each hospital, clinic,
physician's office, and other facility where an abortion is
performed.
(d) The signed document, of a woman who seeks an abortion,
indicating that she has been counseled concerning the published
information referred to in subsection (c) of this section is
evidence that the requisite information was given to the woman.
The signed document shall become part of the medical record.
(e) A person who willfully violates any provision of
subsection (b) of this section is guilty of a misdemeanor and on
conviction is subject to a fine of not more than $500.

2-404.
(a) Whenever the Public Service Commission notifies the
Secretary of an application for a certificate of public
convenience and necessity under Article 78, § 54A of the Code,
the Secretary shall prepare a recommendation in connection with
the permit or registration required by this [subtitle, the]
SUBTITLE. THE recommendation shall be presented at the hearing
required by Article 78, § 54A of the Code.
4-205.
For purposes of the construction and enforcement of this
subtitle, an act or omission of any officer, agent, employee, or
[of] any other person acting for or employed by any corporation,
company, society, or association, shall be considered to be the
act or omission of the corporation, company, society, or
association, as well as of the person.
4-209.
(b) (1) If, in the judgment of the Secretary, a
nonnutritive object is of practical, functional value to a
confectionery food product and its use is not injurious or
hazardous to health, the Secretary may adopt a rule or regulation
that permits an exception to subsection (a)(1) of this section,
regarding nonnutritive objects.
(2) To avoid or resolve uncertainty, the Secretary
may by rule or regulation:
