(b) (2) These rules and regulations shall require
supervision of a responsible adult.
7-504.
(c) An individual shall be placed in the appropriate least
restrictive facility consistent with the individual's welfare,
safety, and habilitation plan, if the individual:
(1) Is approved for admission under [subsections]
SUBSECTION (a) or (b) of this section;

(b) This section does not apply to:
(2) [A hospital that is:
(i) Licensed under Title 19, Subtitle 3 of this
article; and
(ii) Accredited by the Joint Commission on
Accreditation of Hospitals;] AN ACCREDITED HOSPITAL, AS DEFINED
IN § 19-301 OF THIS ARTICLE;
8-501.
(b) (1) The police or other authorized personnel may take
or send a publicly intoxicated individual:
(iii) If the individual is unable to decide
rationally about accepting help or the individual's health is in
immediate danger, to a detoxification [unit] CENTER.
9-311.
Each county drug abuse advisory council and intercounty drug
abuse advisory council shall:
(4) Submit an annual report on that progress to the
governing body of the appropriate [county,] COUNTY and, through
the drug abuse coordinator, to the Director;
9-613.
When a petitioner under Part II of this subtitle appears
before the court, the court shall:
(3) Advise the petitioner that:
(iv) Before commitment may be ordered, the
petitioner has a right to a [hearing] TRIAL.
