FIRE COMPANY IN QUEEN ANNE'S COUNTY WHICH OPERATES AN AMBULANCE
SERVICE APPROVED BY THE QUEEN ANNE'S COUNTY FIRE AND AMBULANCE
COMMISSION SHALL RECEIVE AN ADDITIONAL ANNUAL PAYMENT OF $4,500.
HOWEVER, IF THE QUEEN ANNE-HILLSBORO VOLUNTEER FIRE COMPANY,
INCORPORATED, OPERATES AN APPROVED AMBULANCE SERVICE, IT SHALL
RECEIVE THE ANNUAL SUM OF $1,500.
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1983. Approved April 12, 1983.
CHAPTER 32 (House Bill 528) AN ACT concerning Garrett County - Annual Fiscal Report FOR the purpose of altering the time when the Board of County
Commissioners of Garrett County is required to publish an
accurate statement of receipts and expenditures by the Board
for the preceding year; and generally relating to the
publication of a statement of receipts and expenditures by
the Commissioners of Garrett County. BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments, The Public Local Laws of Garrett County
Section 32-l(a) Article 12 - Public Local Laws of Maryland
(1971 Edition, as amended)
SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That the Laws of Maryland read as follows: Article 12 - Garrett County 32-1. (a) [The] WITHIN 2 WEEKS AFTER AN ACCURATE STATEMENT
BECOMES AVAILABLE, THE Board of County Commissioners of Garrett
County shall publish [,during the second month next succeeding
the close of its fiscal year,] an accurate statement of all
receipts and expenditures of said Board for the preceding year.
Said report shall show all amounts of cash on hand or on deposit
at the beginning and end of the fiscal year covered by said
statement and the total indebtedness, both funded and unfunded,
and the total amount of unpaid obligations or warrants, owing by
