5-312. (c) The hearing notice to be given to the person shall be
sent by [registered mail] CERTIFIED MAIL, RETURN RECEIPT
REQUESTED, BEARING A POSTMARK FROM THE UNITED STATES POSTAL
SERVICE, to the last known address of the person at least 30 days
before the hearing. 7-314. (c) The hearing notice to be given to the person shall be
sent by [registered mail] CERTIFIED MAIL, RETURN RECEIPT
REQUESTED, BEARING A POSTMARK FROM THE UNITED STATES POSTAL
SERVICE, to the last known address of the person at least 30 days
before the hearing. 9-315. (c) The hearing notice to be given to the individual shall

REQUESTED, BEARING A POSTMARK FROM THE UNITED STATES POSTAL

RETURN RECEIPT REQUESTED, BEARING A POSTMARK FROM THE UNITED
STATES POSTAL SERVICE, to the last known address of the
individual at least 10 days before the hearing. 17-315. (c) At least 30 days before the hearing, the hearing notice
to be given to the individual shall be: (1)   Served personally on the individual; or (2)   Sent by [registered mail] CERTIFIED MAIL, RETURN
RECEIPT REQUESTED, BEARING A POSTMARK FROM THE UNITED STATES
POSTAL SERVICE, to the last known address of the individual. 21-311.
