SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Section(s) ll-101(i), (j), (k), (1), and (m),
respectively, of Article - Real Property, of the Annotated Code
of Maryland be renumbered to be Section(s) ll-l0l(j), (k), (1),
(m), and (n), respectively.
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That the Laws of
Maryland read as follows:
Article - Real Property
11-101.
(I) "OCCUPANT" MEANS ANY LESSEE OR GUEST OF A UNIT OWNER.
11-109.
(c) (1) A MEETING OF THE COUNCIL OF UNIT OWNERS OR BOARD OF
DIRECTORS MAY NOT BE HELD ON LESS NOTICE THAN REQUIRED BY THIS
SECTION.

current roster of names and addresses of each unit owner to which
notice of meetings of the [council of unit owners] BOARD OF
