BY adding to Article - Real Property Section ll-101(i), 11-109(d)(20), 11-109.1, and 11-109.2 Annotated Code of Maryland (1981 Replacement Volume and 1982 Supplement) SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Section(s) ll-101(i), (j), (k), (1), and (m),
respectively, of Article - Real Property, of the Annotated Code
of Maryland be renumbered to be Section(s) ll-l0l(j), (k), (1),
(m), and (n), respectively. SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That the Laws of
Maryland read as follows: Article - Real Property 11-101. (I) "OCCUPANT" MEANS ANY LESSEE OR GUEST OF A UNIT OWNER. 11-109. (c) (1) A MEETING OF THE COUNCIL OF UNIT OWNERS OR BOARD OF
DIRECTORS MAY NOT BE HELD ON LESS NOTICE THAN REQUIRED BY THIS
SECTION.
[(1)] (2) The council of unit owners shall maintain a
current roster of names and addresses of each unit owner to which
notice of meetings of the [council of unit owners] BOARD OF
DIRECTORS shall be sent AT LEAST ANNUALLY.
