(14) "Earnable compensation" means the normal MONTHLY
compensation payable to an employee for working the normal time
for [his or her] THE EMPLOYEE'S position and [from which
contributions are deducted in accordance with § 14(1) of this
article.] THAT IS EQUAL TO ONE-TWELFTH OF THE EMPLOYEE'S ANNUAL
SALARY RATE. 81. In this subtitle the following words have the meanings
indicated unless context requires otherwise: (14) "Earnable compensation" means the normal MONTHLY
compensation payable to a teacher for working the normal time for
[his or her] THE TEACHER'S position and [from which contributions
are deducted in accordance with § 89(1) of this article.] THAT IS
EQUAL TO ONE-TWELFTH OF THE EMPLOYEE'S ANNUAL SALARY RATE. 111. In this subtitle the following words have the meanings
indicated. (13) "Earnable compensation" means the normal MONTHLY
compensation paid to an employee for working the normal time in
[his] THE EMPLOYEE'S position[.] AND THAT IS EQUAL TO ONE-TWELFTH
OF THE EMPLOYEE'S ANNUAL SALARY RATE. 140. In this subtitle the following words have the meaning
indicated. (13)   "Earnable compensation" means the normal MONTHLY
compensation payable to a teacher for working the normal time for

OF THE TEACHER'S ANNUAL SALARY RATE. Article 88B - State Police 49. The following words and phrases as used in this subtitle,
unless a different meaning is plainly required by the context

contributions are deducted in accordance with § 56 (1) of this
