(ii) Intercepting sewers;
(iii) Outfall sewers;
(iv) Pumping stations; and
(v) Force mains connected with these.
(2) "Basic main facilities" does not include lateral
or collector pipes serving specific properties or developments.
(C) "PERSON" INCLUDES THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT, THIS STATE,
ANY COUNTY, MUNICIPAL CORPORATION, OR OTHER POLITICAL SUBDIVISION
OF THIS STATE, OR ANY OF THEIR UNITS.
[(c)] (D) "Sewage" means human excretions, animal
excretions, street wash, and any domestic and manufacturing
waste.
[(d)] (E) 91) "Sewerage system" means the channels by which
sewerage is collected and disposed of, together with the body of
water into which the sewage is directly discharged, and all
structures and appurtenances made use of in the collection and
preparation of sewage for discharge in satisfactory condition
into the waters of this State.
(2) "Sewerage system" includes any sewer, no matter
what its length and size may be.
(3) "Sewerage system" does not include the plumbing
system inside any building served by the sewerage system.
[(e)] (F) (1) "Water supply", "water supply system", or
"waterworks" means the sources and their surrounding from which
water is supplied for drinking or domestic purposes, together
with all structures, channels, and appurtenances by means of
which it is prepared for use and delivered to consumers.
(2) "Water supply", "water supply system", and
"waterworks" do not include the piping or fixtures inside the
buildings served.
9-225.
(a) [If any county, municipality, water, sewerage or
sanitary district, corporation, company, institution, person, or
officer of a corporation, company or institution upon whom the
duty to act is cast fails to comply with any order of the
Secretary by the time specified for compliance with the order,
or, in case of an appeal, more than 10 days after final judgment
affirming the Secretary's order is entered, to obey the order or
in good faith to begin to obey the order, the county,
municipality, district, corporation, company, institution, person
or officer shall be liable for and forfeit to this State a civil
penalty of not less than $10 $500 nor more than $500 $10,000,
