(House Bill 904)
AN ACT concerning
Tax Increment Financing Act - Original Taxable Value
FOR the purpose of clarifying the manner in which the original
taxable value of real property is determined under the Tax
Increment Financing Act; defining certain terms; providing
for a contingency by which this Act may be void and of no
further effect; and generally relating to the implementation
of the Tax Increment Financing Act.
