AN ACT concerning
Dentistry - Discipline
FOR the purpose of empowering the State Board of Dental Examiners
to deny certain licenses to practice dentistry, to reprimand
licensed dentists, to place licensed dentists on probation,
and to suspend or revoke the license of any licensed dentist
who knowingly submits to a third party a claim form, bill,
or statement which contains misleading, deceptive, false,
incomplete, or fraudulent representations; and defining
certain terms relating to dentistry.
