(House Bill 114)
AN ACT concerning
Advisory Committee on Wage and Hour Law
FOR the purpose of continuing the existence of the Advisory
Committee on Wage and Hour Law in accordance with the
Program Evaluation Act (Sunset Law) by extending to a
certain date the termination provisions for the Committee.
BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,
Article 100 - Work, Labor and Employment
Section 93A

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That the Laws of Maryland read as follows:
Article 100 - Work, Labor and Employment
93A.
Sections 85 and 86 of this subtitle creating the advisory
committee on wage and hour law and relating to wage and hour laws
are of no effect and may not be enforced after July 1, [1984]
1994.
