AN ACT concerning
Wiretapping and Electronic Surveillance -
Order Authorizing Interception
FOR the purpose of providing that certain persons may obtain a
court order authorizing the interception of wire or oral
communications which may provide or have provided evidence
of the commission of a felony punishable under the "Arson
and Burning" subheading of Article 27 of the Annotated Code
of Maryland.
