(f) The declaration or bylaws may give the council of unit
owners authority to grant specific easements, [right-of-way]
RIGHTS-OF-WAY, licenses, and similar interests affecting the
common elements of the condominium if the grant is approved by
the affirmative vote of unit owners having 66 2/3 percent or more
of the votes, and with the express written consent of the
mortgagees holding an interest in those units as to which unit
owners vote affirmatively. Any easement, right-of-way, license,
or similar interest granted by the council of unit owners under
this subsection shall state that the grant was approved by unit
owners having at least 66 2/3 percent of the votes, and by the
corresponding mortgagees.
11-128.
(a) The Secretary of [Stat-] STATE shall establish a file
of local legislation affecting condominiums as enacted under §§
11-130, 11-137, 11-138, 11-139 and 11-140 of this title, indexed
by county and municipality.
11-137.
(a) In this section the following words have the meanings
indicated:
(1) "Annual income" means the total income from all
sources, of a designated household, for the income tax year
immediately preceding the year in which the notice is given under
§ 11-102.1 OF THIS SUBTITLE, whether or not included in the
definition of gross income for federal or State tax purposes.
For purposes of this section, the inclusions and exclusions from
annual income are the same as those listed in Article 81, §
12F-1(A)(6), "gross income" as that term is defined for the
property tax credits for homeowners by reason of income and age.
13-101.
(a) In this title the following words have the meanings
indicated unless otherwise apparent from context.
[(c)] (B) "Commission" means the Hall of Records
Commission.
[(d)] (C) "Commissioner" means the Archivist appointed by
the Hall of Records Commission who, while performing the duties
and exercising the powers provided in this title, is known as the
"Commissioner of Land Patents."
[(e)] (D) "Expense" includes any charge, cost, deposit,
fee, or tax incurred in connection with a land patent proceeding.
[(f)] (E) (1) "Land" means any area of land in the State,
including any two or more areas of land with a common boundary
for at least part of their perimeters.
