APPROVED BY THE BOARD.
(II) THE LICENSEE IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE COST
OF ANY CONTINUING EDUCATION COURSE.
(4) THE BOARD MAY WAIVE THE REQUIREMENTS OF THIS
SUBSECTION IF A PERSON CAN SHOW JUST CAUSE WHY THAT PERSON IS NOT
ABLE TO MEET THE REQUIREMENTS.
[(d)] (E) The Board may not require a licensee who applies
for a renewal of the license to take an examination.
[(e)] (F) The Board shall renew the license of each
licensee who meets the requirements of this section.
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1983.

AN ACT concerning
Real Estate Salesmen - Licenses - Inactive Status
FOR the purpose of providing that the Real Estate Commission may
place the license of a person who has been granted a real
estate salesman's license and is not currently affiliated
with a real estate broker on inactive status for a certain
time and under certain conditions; setting forth certain
renewal requirements, including a continuing education
requirement; altering the term for inactive license status;
and relating generally to inactive real estate salesmen
licenses.
