physicians appointed from a list of nominees submitted by the
Faculty;

the Governor with the advice of the Secretary and the advice and
consent of the Senate.
(3) The Faculty shall prepare its list of nominees
from recommendations submitted to it by component societies of
the Faculty.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That all present
practicing licensed physician members of the Commission shall
continue as members until the expiration of their terms, except
for the member who is the present ex officio president of the
Faculty, whose term shall expire on the effective date of this
Act.

SECTION 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That after July 1,
1983, the Secretary shall appoint practicing licensed physician
members to the Commission as follows:
11. On July 1, 1983 the Secretary shall appoint a practicing
licensed physician from a list submitted by the Faculty to fill
the vacancy created by the expiration of the term of the Board
member appointed July 1, 1980.
2. On July 1, 1984 the Secretary shall appoint a practicing
licensed physician from a list submitted by the Faculty to fill
the vacancy created by the expiration of the term of the Board
member appointed July 1, 1981.
3. On July 1, 1985 the Secretary shall appoint a practicing
licensed physician from a list submitted by the Faculty to fill
the vacancy created by the expiration of the term of the Board
member appointed July 1, 1982.
SECTION 4 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1983.
