AN ACT concerning
Licensing Fees
Maryland State Police - Licensing Costs
FOR the purpose of providing that all costs incurred paid by the
Maryland State Police in processing applications for certain
licenses or for obtaining records from outside agencies will
shall be charged to the applicant; and providing for a
certain limitation on the charges to be assessed against an
applicant for such records.
