(Senate Bill 45)
AN ACT concerning
Motor Vehicle Fuel - Sales to Disabled Drivers
FOR the purpose of providing that certain retail service station
dealers who provide a price reduction on motor vehicle fuel
for self-service shall provide, upon request, refueling
services at self-service pumps at the self-service price to
certain disabled drivers; excluding certain retail service
station dealers from the provisions of this Act; and
excluding certain disabled drivers from the provisions of
this Act; and providing a certain penalty for violations of
this Act.

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Section(s) 157K and 157L, respectively, of Article
56 - Licenses, of the Annotated Code of Maryland be renumbered to
be Section(s) 157L and 157M 157M and 157N, respectively.
