AN ACT concerning

FOR the purpose of providing for the form of a premium finance
agreement; and generally relating to the form of premium
finance agreements.

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Section(s) 486C through 486G, respectively, of
Article 48A - Insurance Code, of the Annotated Code of Maryland
be renumbered to be Section(s) 486D through 486H, respectively.
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That the Laws of
Maryland read as follows:

486C.
(A) A PREMIUM FINANCE AGREEMENT SHALL:
(1) BE DATED AND SIGNED BY OR ON BEHALF OF THE
INSURED, AND THE PRINTED PORTION SHALL BE IN AT LEAST EIGHT POINT
TYPE;
