(2) Furnish to the center 1 copy of each publication
to meet the requirements of the Depository System; AND
(3) Furnish 1 copy each to a designated branch
library within each county library system of the counties in
which the bicounty agency operates[;

the center for distribution as stated in this section.

(d) (3) Nothing in this subsection shall effect the power
of a personal representative or trustee to appoint a custodian
pursuant to [paragraphs (7) and (8) of subsection 302(a)] §
13-302(A)(7) OR (8) of this subtitle, or the power of an owner of
a life insurance policy or annuity contract to appoint a
successor custodian pursuant to [subsection 302(d)] § 13-302(D).

(b) In addition to the powers set forth elsewhere in this
article, a savings bank may:
(8) With the prior approval of the BANK Commissioner,
exercise the powers granted under § 3-207 of this article to a
trust company; and
13-101.
(1) (1) "Industrial project" means any one or more of the
following:
(x) Acquisition of any machinery or equipment
used in a building or other facility of the type described in
this [§ 13-101(k)] SUBSECTION, whether or not the building or
other facility is financed pursuant to this subtitle; or
13-308.
(g) The Department shall report to the Governor and,
subject to Article [41] 40, § 51 of the Code, to the General
Assembly before January 1 of each year the financial status of
the program and a summary of its operations for the preceding
fiscal year.
