(House Bill 1471)
AN ACT concerning
The Maryland Energy Financing Administration
FOR the purpose of authorizing the Maryland Energy Financing
Administration to provide financial assistance for
commercial energy conservation projects and commercial solar
energy projects; defining certain new terms; altering the
definition of industrial building; omitting certain
definitions; clarifying language; generally relating to the
Maryland Energy Financing Administration; and making this
Act an emergency measure.
