AN ACT concerning
Pensions - Disability Retirement
FOR the purpose of requiring persons who retire after a
certain date and are receiving disability benefits
under the State retirement or pension systems to
provide certain information to the board of trustees;
and providing that persons who refuse to provide the
information shall have their retirement allowance
suspended for a certain period.
