Senate Bill No. 271 AN ACT concerning Pensions - Disability Retirement FOR the purpose of requiring persons who retire after a
certain date and are receiving disability benefits
under the State retirement or pension systems to
provide certain information to the board of trustees;
and providing that persons who refuse to provide the
information shall have their retirement allowance
suspended for a certain period. BY adding to Article 73B - Pensions Section ll(8a), 86(5a), 117(9a), and 145(9a) Annotated Code of Maryland (1978 Replacement Volume and 1981 Supplement)
BY adding to Article 88B - State Police Section 53(7b) Annotated Code of Maryland (1979 Replacement Volume and 1981 Supplement) The President put the question: Shall the Bill pass,
notwithstanding the objections of the Executive The roll call vote resulted as follows: Affirmative: 1                                                                    Negative: 45 (See Roll Call No. 9) The President announced the veto was sustained. June 1, 1982
