EMERGENCY BILL
AN ACT concerning
Unemployment Insurance - Additional Benefits
FOR the purpose of altering the time when an additional
benefit period under the Unemployment Insurance Law may
begin; repealing a contingent effective date; providing
for claims for, and payment of, additional unemployment
benefits; altering the method for computing the rate of
insured unemployment; making stylistic changes; and
generally relating to certain additional unemployment
insurance benefits; and making this Act an emergency
measure.
