AN ACT concerning
Harford County - Alcoholic Beverages
(Caterer's Licenses)
FOR the purpose of authorizing the issuance of a certain
alcoholic beverages license in Harford County; defining
the term "caterer"; providing that certain annual
license fee be paid before the board issues the
license; providing that a certain licensed caterer may
contract to provide alcoholic beverages at an event
held off the premises of the caterer under certain
circumstances; generally relating to a certain
alcoholic beverages license in Howard Harford County;
and clarifying language.

(1981 Replacement Volume and 1981 Supplement)
