House Bill No. 1518
AN ACT concerning
Harford County - Alcoholic Beverages
FOR the purpose of prohibiting in Harford County any person,
corporation, club, or organization, from giving
alcoholic beverages or allowing alcoholic beverages to
be consumed in a certain manner in a certain place
under the control of the person, corporation, or
organization; providing for exemptions; designating the
Sheriff of Harford County to define the exemptions
providing that the Liquor Control Board of Harford
County shall designate the exempted places; and
providing penalties for the violation of this Act.

Section 86(j)
Annotated Code of Maryland
(1981 Replacement Volume and 1981 Supplement)

In accordance with Article II, Section 17 of the
Maryland Constitution, I have today vetoed House Bill 1663.
This bill authorizes the issuance of a Class H beer,
wine and liquor license to catering establishments in Harford
County.
