House Bill No. 811
AN ACT concerning
Creation of a State Debt - Community Mental Health
Center Components, Addiction Facilities, Mental
Retardation Facilities, and Developmental Disabilities
Facilities
FOR the purpose of authorizing the creation of a State Debt
in the amount of $1,000,000, the proceeds to be used
for State grants to certain public and other nonprofit
entities for the construction, acquisition, renovation,
and equipment of community mental health center
components, addiction facilities, mental retardation
facilities, and developmental disabilities facilities;
and providing generally for the issue and sale of bonds
evidencing the loan.
The Speaker put the question: Shall the Bill pass,
notwithstanding the objections of the Executive?
The roll call vote resulted as follows:
Affirmative: 6 Negative: 123
