ORDER
BY MAJORITY LEADER:
ORDERED BY THE SENATE OF MARYLAND, That except as
provided otherwise in this Order, the Senate of Maryland for
the Special Session beginning Friday, August 6, 1982, adopts
the Rules of the Senate as they existed at the close of the
Regular Session of 1982.
Senate Rule 38 and any other applicable Rule of the
Senate is amended for the duration of the Special Session of
August 6, 1982, to provide for committee references as
follows:
Senate Bill No. 1 "Unemployment Insurance
Benefits" is referred to the Committee on
Economic Affairs.
All other introductory bills, joint resolutions, and
simple resolutions will be referred to the Senate Committee
on Rules.
