(2) Notwithstanding the provisions of Section 13
of this article, failure to comply with the smoke detection
installation order issued under paragraph [i] (1) of this
subsection shall be punishable only by a fine not exceeding
$50.

Article 40A - Maryland Public Ethics Law

4-101.

(a) (1) Except as provided in paragraph (2) of this
subsection, all officials and candidates for office as State
officials, except those who file pursuant to § 4-105, are
required to file the statements provided for in this title.

(2) However, a member of a' board or commission,
who receives as compensation less per annum than 25 percent
of the annual salary of an employee classified as grade 18,
base level, of the State employee pay scale, shall, with
respect to the requirements of [subparagraphs] PARAGRAPHS
(a) through (i) of § 4-103, be required to disclose the
required information about only those interests, gifts,
compensated positions, and liabilities which may create a
conflict, as defined in [Subtitle] TITLE 3 of this article,
between the member's personal interest and his duties as a
member of that board or commission.

4-105.

(a) The Court of Appeals of Maryland shall, pursuant
to its administrative authority over the judicial branch of
the government of the State of Maryland in accordance with
Article [4] IV, § 18 of the Constitution of Maryland,
promulgate and administer rules and regulations designed to
require the judges of the several courts of the State,
whether elected or appointed, including all judges of the
several orphans' courts, and masters, examiners,
commissioners, auditors, and referees in the judicial
branch, to periodically disclose, as public records, such
relevant information concerning their financial affairs as
may be deemed necessary or appropriate to promote the
continued trust and confidence of the people of the State of
Maryland in the integrity of the State judiciary.

6-202.

Notwithstanding any other provision of law, in
Baltimore County the following officials shall be treated as
local officials for the purpose of any financial disclosure
requirements enacted by the Baltimore County Council:

[(i)] (1) Executive director and members of the
revenue authority;
