directly nor indirectly operated as a public business. The
fee for such license shall be two hundred and fifty
[dollars.] DOLLARS ($250.00).

28.

(g) (2) The cost for such license shall be three
thousand dollars ($3,000.00) each year, to be paid the first
of May, payable to the clerk of THE Circuit Court for Anne
Arundel County and shall entitle the holder to sell at one
or more locations within the airport terminal buildings on
each and every day and shall permit the playing of music and
dancing and no provision contained in subsection (a) of this
section relating to special Sunday licenses shall apply to
the holder of a license issued under the provisions of this
subsection.

53.

(h) In Prince George's County, an application for an
alcoholic beverage license shall not be considered prima
facie evidence that the applicant or applicants are entitled
to said license. Because of the limitation on licenses as
set forth in subsection (a) of this section the burden of
proof shall be upon the applicant or applicants to show to
the board of [licenses] LICENSE COMMISSIONERS that the
approval of the issuance of a license to said applicant or
applicants is necessary for the accommodation of the public
at the premises applied for. The limitations on licenses
enumerated in subsection (a) of this section may not be
construed as the number of licenses the board is obligated
to issue.

68.

(1) (1) In Montgomery County a licensee shall
annually, between February 1 and March 31, file an
application for renewal in accordance with § 68(a) of this
article. The board of license commissioners may receive
late applications during April, and may fine the licensee an
amount not to exceed $50 for each day the application is
late.

(2) Each renewal application shall satisfy the
requirements of § 57(n) of this article, as the board may
prescribe.

(n) (1) The board of license commissioners of Howard
County may employ such inspectors as may be necessary at
such compensation as the County Council may by budget
provide. The inspectors of Howard County shall be known as
"alcoholic beverage inspectors for Howard County," and they
shall each have all the powers of a peace officer or a
