13-111. ANNUAL BUDGET REQUEST.

THE DEPARTMENT SHALL REQUEST THE BUDGET SUPPORT
NECESSARY FOR THE COMMISSION TO CARRY OUT ITS DUTIES.

Since the former statement that funds shall be
appropriated is not of binding effect, this
section is restated to require a request for

IN THIS SUBTITLE, "COMMISSION" MEANS THE STATE HIGH
