AN EMERGENCY BILL

AN EMERGENCY ACT concerning

The Prince George's County Housing Rehabilitation Fund

FOR the purpose of establishing a housing
rehabilitation fund which can be used for eligible housing
rehabilitation activities as defined by federal regulations
promulgated under the Housing and Community Development Act
of 1974 as amended, and authorizing the maintenance and
administration of such fund.

BY repealing and reenacting with amendments:

SUBTITLE 10. FINANCE AND TAXATION.
Sections 10-173.1 through 10-173.4,
The Prince George's County Code
(1979 Edition).

AN ACT concerning

Tax Deferrals on Property Planned for Commercial or
Industrial Use in the M-A-C, L-A-C, E-I-A, and 1-3 Zones

FOR the purpose of authorizing a tax deferral, pursuant
to the authority of Article 81, Section 12G-10 of the
Annotated Code of Maryland, as to that portion of the
property planned for commercial or industrial use containing
at least twenty-five (25) acres on property rezoned to the
M-A-C, L-A-C, E-I-A, and 1-3 zones as designated in the
Prince George's County Zoning Ordinance.
