AN ACT concerning

Maintenance of Sale Sign after Sale

FOR the purpose of amending the County Code to conform
with the State regulations of the Maryland Real Estate
Commission, which, under 09.11.01 of the General
Regulations, published by the Maryland Real Estate
Commission, limits the display of any sign upon property
sold or leased by the licensee to 2 weeks following the
signing of a lease of, or contract for sale of, the
property.

BY repealing and reenacting with amendments:

Collective Bargaining - Locals 2462, 2735, 1691,

2079, and 548 of the American Federation of State,

County and Municipal Employees, AFL-CIO

FOR the purpose of approving the joint labor agreement
by and between Prince George's County and Locals 2462, 2735,
1691, 2079, and 548 of the American Federation of State,
County and Municipal Employees, AFL-CIO, executed on May 22,
1981, and describing certain terms and conditions of
employment for personnel classifications certified by Prince
George's County Public Employees Relations Board.
