AN ACT concerning

Massage Establishments

FOR the purpose of licensing and regulating massage
establishments and massage technicians, providing for the
enforcement of such regulations, establishing certain
definitions, establishing standards for the administration
of massages and for the maintenance of massage
establishments, prohibiting certain acts, and providing for
hearing and appeal procedures.

BY repealing:

SUBTITLE 5. BUSINESSES AND LICENSES.
DIVISION 9A. MASSAGE ESTABLISHMENTS.
Sections 5-184.1 through 5-184.20,
The Prince George's County Code

Personnel Disciplinary Guidelines

FOR the purpose of repealing the requirement that the
Personnel Board promulgate disciplinary guidelines in
addition to those currently listed in Subtitle 16.
