AN EMERGENCY ACT concerning

Prohibited Locking Devices in Multi-Family Units

FOR the purpose of amending the BOCA Basic Housing Code
to delete the requirement that prohibited locking devices be
deactivated or made inoperable and making certain technical
corrections.

BY repealing and reenacting with amendments:

SUBTITLE 13. HOUSING.

Section 13-122,

The Prince George's County Code
