AN EMERGENCY ACT concerning

Collective Bargaining Agreement - Hospital Employees

Local #63, International Brotherhood of Firemen and

Oilers, AFL-CIO

FOR the purpose of approving the Labor agreement by and
between Prince George's County and Hospital Employees Local
#63, International Brotherhood of Firemen and Oilers,
AFL-CIO, executed on November 21, 1980, and describing
certain terms and conditions of employment for personnel
classifications certified by the Prince George's County
Public Employee Relations Board.

BY repealing and reenacting with amendments:
