Subtitle 3, "Board of Appeals," for the purpose of altering
the annual salary of the members of the Howard County Board
of Appeals, in accordance with the provisions of Section
501(f) of the Howard County Charter.

AN ACT amending and adding to portions of Subtitle 5
"Signs" of Title 3 "Buildings" of the Howard County Code in
order to increase the permitted size of certain signs, to
provide for free standing permanent identification signs for
residential apartment complexes, to permit single faced
signs on the front profile of a building, to permit and
exempt certain permanent identification signs, to provide
for farm signs, flags and signs on vending/dispensing
machines, to extend the provisions on non-conforming signs;
to provide for civil penalties, to revise certain
definitions, to delete repetitive language and to make
technical corrections in the language of the Sign Code.

AN ACT pursuant to Section 612 of the Howard County
Charter approving and ratifying a multi-year agreement for
certain costs associated with the joint use of the entrance
to the State Highway Administration Maintenance Facility at
Dayton.

AN ACT to add Section 18.124(aH) to Title 18 "Public
Works," Subtitle "Public Utilities" of the Howard County
Code to incorporate into the Metropolitan District Certain
parcel(s) of land belonging to Richard D. Lindsey and Wife.
