AN ACT concerning

persons in County parks and recreational areas
after posted hours.

FOR the purpose of requiring the Department of
Recreation & Parks to set hours of operation for parks and
recreational areas; requiring the Department of Recreation &
Parks to post signs for these hours; and creating a
prohibition against, and imposing a penalty for, a person
being in a County park or recreational area after posted
hours.
